The Towns of Troy and Jay provide recycling opportunities for residents as part of the Northeast Kingdom Waste Management District.

  • Location: Cross Rd, Jay, VT (old town garage)
  • Hours: Open Friday 12 - 3 pm and Saturday 9 am to noon
